Computer Central Control System. CO2 to make animal faint, Blood Vacuum Collection Steam to remove hair, Fire to burn hair, Synchro quarantine, Animal body mark tracking and Cold & close in whole process. In the whole production process , HACCP system is carried out. This pipe-line can offer 3 million pigs, high quality fresh meat, chilled fresh meat in small packaging and frozen meat every year. The products are not only sold to domestic market, but also sold to Hongkong, Singapore and other countries & areas. The second-step project is for further process of meat. Brought in Germany equipment, use unique chilling facility , with high standard for export. It use air control to make full close low temperature workshop, now, it is top-level workshop in the world . The whole production happens under low temperature & clean space. Using healthy chilled fresh meat. to produce hygeian, safe, nutrient and in top quality meat. We mailly offer special flavor for Minnan area and Taiwan, daily offer can reach 30 tonss or more. Using advanced equipment and technique and close clean workshop, the bean process is led to pipe-line production. Meanwhile , packaging, sterilization and chilled store is used , to ensure the product is safe , hygeian, nutrient and deliious. This pipe –line can also process watery Doufu, dry Doufu, and more than 30 kinds of other bean producs. Daily offer is 80 tons, annual offer is 25 thousands tons.
